A single small order rarely justifies picking a field. Nearby orders for the same produce and timeframe add up, telling a farmer exactly what's worth harvesting, and when.

No cold storage in between. The farmer harvests to fill real orders and delivers fresh — and tells you exactly how it was grown: organic, conventional, or GMO.

Small, scattered orders rarely cover the cost of a trip. AggriFresh waits until enough nearby demand adds up to a batch worth harvesting for — so every delivery you make is worth making.

Open farmer dashboard

You set the minimum. A batch is only offered to you once it meets the volume you're willing to fulfil.
Sell as it ripens. Not everything in a field matures at once — accept a batch for what's ready now, and let later demand form the next one as the rest ripens.
Say how it's grown. Mark your produce as organic, conventional, or GMO once — buyers see it automatically on every matched order.
